In my workshops, or the one-to-one cooking lessons as part of your Fat Loss Programme, you’ll be introduced to cheeky cheating ideas that are cheap, innovative, and more importantly quick and EASY. You’ll be surprised how soon you can prepare batches of food for the freezer, and you’ll be provided with the recipes, shopping lists and tips too. I’ll overhaul your kitchen if necessary and navigate you around a supermarket shop with you.
