Quite possibly my favourite of all the exercise disciplines, mainly because it makes you feel so good, so quickly in just a MINUTE A DAY. It is rejuvenating, a lovely side effect that you wouldn’t expect from a slow and relaxing stretch across all major and minor joints, even the ankles get a look in. Your weaknesses will be identified in your MUSCULAR SKELETAL ASSESSMENT (a series of ‘basic’ movements to establish any priorities) on DAY 1. And you’ll be provided with a one to one tutorial to masterclass to fix it, with progressive updates as and when you’re ready for the next ‘step’. Exercise for health is vastly different to exercise for fitness, and we deal with the former before the latter ensuring you’re in good shape before you start ‘upping your game’. This reduces the risk of injury whilst increasing the chances of sustainability as you improve organically and far more pleasurably, and in most instances the process is effortless.
