An example itinerary may include;
Day 1
Health coaching consultation to establish your priorities, limitations and current lifestyle.
Food diary analysis, assessment and personalised plan motivated by YOUR GOALS. Such as heightened energy, better sleep, improved digestion, fat-loss, weight maintenance, overall health and well-being.
Myth busting education surrounding the role of food, diet, exercise and more.
Followed by a LIVE one to one cooking workshop incorporating food that YOU LOVE
With a local glass of wine too. Probably 🙂
Day 2
Muscular skeletal assessment
Priorities established and a plan for improving/reversing exercise or movement related issues
Small taster sessions of different types of exercise such as Pilates, stretch, strength, interval training, power walking/jog and fit-ball.
With takeaway ‘segments’ you can do at home, at the gym, at the park or the beach, personalised to you and your goals.
Your workshops on Day 2 will finish with a ‘Deep Tissue Massage’ and well deserved I suspect.
Simply check into your hotel (the night before or on day 1) and walk along the seafront to The Beach Pad.
Breath in the sea air and leave your health goals in very safe hands.
Over two days we’ll have kick started your new chapter, equipped you with ‘one step at a time’ goals, tools to get there alone, or ongoing online support if you still need me.
