On completion of your health review I get cracking on helping you fire on all cylinders again, feeling WELL, energised and nourished with nothing but tweaks and ‘relevant to you’ resources, step by step, day by day. Within a matter of weeks you’ll be ready to start raising the bar on your goals – whatever they may be; reducing your visceral belly fat, coming off blood pressure meds or statins in time by improving your blood pressure or cholesterol, needing help sustaining or safely managing your fat loss whilst using ‘fat jabs’ or similar, improving your menopause symptoms, sleep or stress. We’ll establish your goals of course, but more importantly I will lay the foundations first to build on them, for greater success. A lovely subtle lane change you barely notice. Whichever plan or approach you choose, ensuring you’re well and nourished for the next chapter is step 1.

And as soon as you’re feeling great again, well and energised, we’ll get to work on being slim and strong if that’s what you’re after too.

There’s a reason nurses, specialists, nutritionists and GP’s not only send their clients or patients to me, but hire me to help ‘them’ with their own health and weight too. It takes more than knowledge, it takes coaching, and one who know’s what they’re doing, and one they can trust to deliver results.

A registered health coach is a supportive mentor and qualified authority, helping clients or patients feel their best through food, lifestyle, stress management, subtle behaviour changes, physical and mental wellbeing with personalised, individualised plans to ensure health goals are met for YOUR WORLD, reversing or preventing some of the most common lifestyle conditions we are faced with today, which over time can become clinical conditions. An epidemic the NHS are simply unable to support.

Health coaching is very popular in the Western World across America, New Zealand and Australia. It’s picking up pace here in the UK as the needs of clients now incorporate the entire spectrum of wellbeing, and health as well as and sometimes more so than fitness and joining up the dots across both clinical and lifestyle concerns when they over time, inevitably implode.
