Health Coaching is very popular in the Western World across America, New Zealand and Australia. It’s picking up pace here in the UK as the needs of clients now incorporate the entire spectrum of wellbeing, and health as well as and sometimes more so than fitness. At present I’m the only registered Health Coach in the area, and my online plans not only enable me to reach more people with the help they need, but successfully so. I’m seeing far greater sustainable fat loss achievements both quickly and sustainably than my Personal Training sessions for an hour or two a week could ever achieve. Health Coaching works!
